He is survived by: his wife Amy Sad; his children, Isabella of Charlestown, Indiana, Connor of Charlestown, Indiana and Sophia Sad of Charlestown, Indiana; and his brothers, Harold Sad of Jamestown and Mark Sad (Sheryl) of San Angelo, Texas.
