With solemn reverence, we commemorate Karen Sue Kern of Charlestown, Indiana, whose life came to an end on June 2, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Ray and Gladys Opal White; and her husband Tim Kern. She is survived by: her daughter Terri Stockslager (Dennis); her grandchildren, Christopher Vessels (Kris), Alicia McCoy (Adam), Andrew Hatton (Hannah), Anna Swarens (Kyle), Jeffrey Vessels (Alanna), Lindsey Vessels, Jadyn Vessels and Lydia Rances (Samuel); and her great grandchildren, Hazel, Rosemary, Harper and Emmalyn.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kraft Funeral Service (2776 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, IN 47150). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at the Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park (2778 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, IN 47150).
