It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodney Paul Zimmerman of Charlestown, Indiana, born in Scottsburg, Indiana, who passed away on January 20, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Paul and Mary Ellen Meadows Zimmerman; his brother Max Thomas Zimmerman; and his uncle Stephen Dale Zimmerman. He is survived by: his children, Max Zimmerman (Mary Ellen) and Rhonda Lee Mills (Rafael Rafael); his grandchildren, Jake Hamilton Zimmerman and Reagan Zimmerman Moore (Zach Moore); and his friend Dave Franklin.
In lieu of flowers, donations will be greatly appreciated if given to The New Washington Scholarship Fund for the class of 1955 at P. O. Box 13 New Washington, IN 47162.
