He is survived by: his wife Victoria Golembiewski (Pettigrew); his children, Kristen Coslet (Anthony) of Chesterton, IN, Chad Gengnagel (Heather) of Chesterton, IN, Scott Gengnagel (Kelly) of Chesterton, IN, Jeff Koop (Michelle) of Fort Wayne, IN, Jodie Walton (Chad) of St. Joe, IN, Sara Brown (Nick) of Fort Wayne, IN and Shellie Ruch (Gary) of Fort Wayne, IN; and his brother Keith Golembiewski of Fort Wayne, IN. He is also survived by his eighteen grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
