It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph Jimenez of Chesterton, Indiana, born in Gary, Indiana, who passed away on January 21, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Trinidad Jimenez and Petra Jimenez; his siblings, Rudolf Jimenez, Hector Jimenez, Raymond Jimenez, Refugio Ramirez, Connie Deltoro, Carmen Ramirez and Eva Ramirez; and his sons, Roger Jimenez and Greg Jimenez.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Jimenez; his children, Laurie McMannes, Lisa McMannes, Daniel Jimenez (Christina Fuson) and James Jimenez; his grandchildren, Kathleen McMannes, Jennifer McMannes, Dainen Jimenez and Angelisa Jimenez; and his great grandchild Grayson Dumas. He is also survived by his numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.
Services will be private, as he chose to be cremated. Due to the pandemic, a Celebration of Life will be held in the summer.
