She was predeceased by: her parents, Hogan Bergerson and Carrie Bergerson (Sampson); and her husband Stanley Richard Urbon. She is survived by: her children, Lauren C. Mache, Dawn H. Duty, William Richard Hogan Urbon, Robert Urbon and Barbara Roller. She is also survived by her numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
