He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Carl and Mabel Coreen Michel (Stunkel); his wife Betty Rose Michel (Tanner); and his granddaughters, Sophia Corinne and Grace Marie Jackson.
He is survived by: his children, Carla Jackson (Steed), Rachel Kilroy (Ed), Becca Manolov (Manny) and Bryan Michel (Jill); his grandchildren, Tanner Jackson, Campbell Jackson, William Jackson, Margot Jackson, Eban Kilroy, Camden Kilroy, Addison Kilroy, Lucy Manolov, George Manolov, Mabel Michel and Macoy Michel; his siblings, Ida Miller (Warren), David Michel (Janet), Byron Michel, Stanley Michel (Joyce) and Steven Michel (Sherry); and his nieces and nephews, Dana Heiniger (Steve), Brett Michel (Amy), Matthew Michel (Kassie), Mike Michel (Laura), Gretchen Young (Chance), Stuart Michel (Krissie) and Stacey Michel.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cornerstone Church (1407 IN-70, Chrisney, IN 47611). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 4:15 PM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 6:15 PM at the same location.
