She is survived by: her husband Roger Smith; her children, Jeffrey Smith (Denise), James Smith (Becky) and Jacqueline Clouse (Michael); and her sisters, Judith Wooten (Terry) and Virginia Skiles (Terry). She is also survived by five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
