She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Geiger and Irene Geiger (Krider); her husband Herbert Sutton; her daughter Peggy Tarlton; her grandson Matthew Sutton; and her brothers, Dale Geiger and Guy Geiger.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Sutton (Suzanne), Vickie Nodine (Richard) and Nancy Chittenden (Mike); her son-in-law Marion Tarlton Jr.; her siblings, Charles Geiger, Helen Blanchard and Shirley Rugg; and her pet Penny. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren; her companion.
