He is survived by: his wife Ellen Barkley of Churubusco; his sons, Greg Barkley (Tammy) of Fort Wayne and Shane Barkley (Starr) of Columbia City; his stepchildren, Susan Bradbury (Condon) of Roanoke, Lee Ann Dunn (Bob) of Columbia City, Theresa Winebrenner (Sam) of Columbia City and Terry Coulter (Melissa) of Columbia City; and his siblings, Donelle McMaster of Chattanooga, TN, Randy Barkley (Pam) of Ossian, Robin Lipp (Kevin) of Markle, Mark Barkley (Dixie) of Fort Wayne and Kristie George (Dean) of Markle. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be given in memory to Whitley County Humane Society.
