He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Shanabarger and Effie Shanabarger (Tarlton); and his siblings, Norma Waters, Grace Keister, Lee, Glenn and Robert Shanabarger.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Hyser (Kenneth) and Cheryl Smith (Hogan); and his grandchildren, Chris Turner, Kenneth Smith (AJ), Tonya O'Brien and Tracey Bultemeier. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
