She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Stickle and Myrtle Stickle (Steffey); and her children, Joy Williamson and Rick Stickle. She is survived by: her husband Don A. Dowty; her children, Marsha Kline (Jimmy), Karen Bainter (Robert), Donya Belh and Donald E. Dowty (Jan); her stepdaughter Tami Peters (Randy); and her brother Charles Stickle (Katheryn).
