He was predeceased by: his wife Myrna Jones; and his siblings, Albert, Earl Killworth, Helen Yant and Lenora Hoffman.

He is survived by: his children, Ralph E. Killworth, Jr., Nathan Killworth (Melanie), Pamela Rosswurm (Chris) and Linda Lang (Tim). He is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
