He was predeceased by: his mother Bert Katz (Winebrenner). He is survived by: his father Mike Katz (Joni); his siblings, Renee Ott (Rex), Misty Lewis (Nate) and Trent Katz; his siblings' children, Brandi Ott, Stana Butler and Skyler Ott; and his great-nephews, Abrum Ott and Zayden Marshall.
