It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tony Jordan Zook of Churubusco, Indiana, born in Goshen, Indiana, who passed away on February 20, 2022, at the age of 25, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his parents, Terry Zook and Dee Zook (Gall) of Millersburg; his girlfriend Alexis Bultemeier of Churubusco; his sister Alexis Zook (Josue Hill) of Fort Wayne; his grandparents, Sara Zook of Goshen, Dave and Marcia Gall of New Paris; his great-grandparent Betty Rohrer; and his grandfather Paul Zook.
