He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Vanderveer of Fort Wayne and James Milledge of Churubusco; his grandchildren, Leslie Dauge, Travis and Timmy Milledge; his great grandchildren, Braxton, Waylan, Evolet, Travis Jr., Breydon, Liam and Addison; and his brother Frank Milledge.
