He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert, Sr. Payton and Mary Payton (Homberger); and his sister Barbara Dooley. He is survived by: his wife Gail Payton (Seals); his children, Sharon Fisher (Crit) and Eddie Payton (Kim); his grandchildren, Kiara Craven, Madeline Fisher, Andon Payton, Henry Fisher and Keean Payton; and his sister Mary June Temple.
