She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Warth (Mark) and Lisa Carter (Brian); her grandchildren, Michelle Lange (Coleman), Cody Carter, James Warth and McKenna Carter; her great grandchildren, Phoenix, Emerson, Myles, Emma and Olivia; and her sister Sharon Spalding (Bob Thurman).
