He was predeceased by: his parents, Iris Chandler and William Chandler; his siblings, Darrell Chandler and Jeanette Chandler; and his nephew Gordon Morrison.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott Chandler (Michelle) of Jeffersonville and Doug Smith (Heather) of Southside, Alabama.; his grandchildren, Abigail, Brooklyn, Madelyn Chandler, Mackenzie and Brady Smith; and his sibling's children, William Gannon and Etta Joyce Lee of Clarksville.
