He is survived by: his wife Judy Seacat; his children, Robbie Hannel and Rikki Cozart (Randy); his grandchildren, Darion Hannel (Erin), Madison Weir (Mathew), Russell Manning and Elizabeth Cozart; his great grandchild Josiah; his siblings, Eldon Seacat (Cathy), Steve Seacat, David Seacat (Belinda), Randy Seacat (Cindy) and Sharon Hood (Melvin); and his sister-in-law Patricia Timberlake. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
