We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Susan Virginia Reid of Clarksville, Indiana, born in Orleans, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Clifford Kelley and Margaret E. Kelley (Elrod); her sister Mary Ann Grunden; and her sons-in-law, Danny Burns and Robert Kron.
She is survived by : her children, Butch Reid (Leatha), Gary Reid, Rocky Reid, Mike Reid (Ginni), Christine Reid (Marvin), Bernice Burns of Nashville, TN, Anita Denton and Kimberly Kron. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews, friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Market Street Chapel of Naville & Seabrook Funeral Homes (1119 E Market St, New Albany, IN 47150). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at the SCI Graceland Memorial Park (2778 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, IN 47150).
Expressions of sympathy can be made in the form of donations in Susan's name to the Charlestown Road Southern Baptist Church.
