He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Hofmann and Susan Hofmann (Reagan). He is survived by: his sons, Cory Hofmann and Nick Hofmann; his granddaughter Hazel Hofmann; and his brothers, Perry Hofmann, Jason Hofmann and Shan Hofmann.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Schoppenhorst Funeral Home (301 E 8th St, Clay City, IN 47841). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
