He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hack and Opal Hack (Davis); and his children, Malcolm Hack and Beth Ann Hack. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Hack (Martin); his children, Owen L. Hack (Michelle) and Barbara L. Moran (Dan); his grandchildren, Kyle Moran, Kara Tucker, Abby Moran, Jenna Hack and Julia Moore; and his great grandchildren, Krisalee Beck and Reagan Wood.

Because of Covid-19 calling and services will be private.
