He is survived by: his wife Vickie Darlene Meneely (Crabb); his children, Victoria Darlene Lynch (Joseph), Charles David Meneely Jr. (Jessica), Geneka Byers (Jerry) and Patty Mitchell (Greg); his grandchildren, Brandy, Zachary and Maileigh; his siblings, Rick Meneely, Tracy Pruitt, William Meneely, Eddie Malooley, Veronica Gibeon (Aaron), Barbara Swanson and Crystal Jo Norwood (Rick); his close friends, Thomas Hofmann and Glenn Wrightsman; and his friend Coni Cown (Glen). He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests a toy donation to the Toys for Tots, sponsored by the United States Marines.
