She was predeceased by: her parents, Dee McIntosh and Rose McIntosh (Runyan). She is survived by: her children, Terry Faulds of Clinton, Indiana and Sharon Cooley of Sullivan, Indiana; her granddaughter Angel Cooper of Terre Haute, Indiana; and her sisters, Mary Ann Laznik (Terry) of Clinton and Blanche Barnhill of Cayuga, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
