He is survived by: his children, Misty Spurr of Evansville, IN, Julie Jones of Terre Haute, IN and Michael Taylor of Clinton, IN; his sisters, Lynn Newlin (Jim) of Boonville, IN, Cindi Wagner (Danny) of Vevay, IN and Lisa Goetz (Terry) of Montezuma, IN; and his significant other Cindy Taylor Spurr. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
