She is survived by: her mother Patricia Dean Fields; her husband Glenn Thomas; her sons, John Thomas (Karli) and Shawn Thomas (Megan); her siblings, Gerald L. Fields, Helen Fields Elkins, Ronald Fields (Natalie), Deborah Fields Simmons (Hank) and Teresa Fields Crews (Mark); and her brothers-in-law, Bill Thomas (Pam), Perry Thomas (Connie) and Bobby Thomas. She is also survived by grandchildren.
