He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Herbert and Barbara Herbert (Scott). He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Herbert; his daughters, Trisha Wilkerson (Mike), Lisa Herbert and Rachelle Huether (Tristian); and his brother Chris Herbert (Konnie). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 12 Nieces and Nephews.
