We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Phyllis M. Hankins of Colfax, Indiana, born in Forest, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jesse M. McCarty and Rosa Mae McCarty (Baker); her husband Teddy Hankins; and her siblings, William Wavern McCarty, Thamer McCarty, Delmar McCarty, Gene McCarty, Don McCarty, Jesse McCarty, Marjorie Templin, Allene Feightner and Nelma Howe.

She is survived by : her children, Tadd D. Hankins of Monticello, Todd L. Hankins of Monticello and Jackie Misner (Roger) of Lafayette; and her siblings, Jim E. McCarty (Joyce) of Peru and Jeanette Hise (Jim) of Forest. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren; and 6 Great-Grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made in Phyllis' honor to Signature Healthcare at Parkwood, 1001 N. Grant Street, Lebanon.
