He is survived by: his wife Gretchen Wood of Columbia City; his children, Chasity Puckett of New Mexico and Micah Wood (Becca) of Fortson, Georgia; his grandchildren, Spencer Banks, Dallas Puckett, Jr., Dawson Wood, Hayden Wood and Roman Wood; his mother Brenda Keeling (Larry) of Columbia City; and his siblings, Rhonda Otis (Chuck) of Fort Wayne and Ronald Max Wood, Jr. of Fort Wayne.
