It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Marie McKown of Columbia City, Indiana, who passed away on September 18, 2025, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rollin Reese and Grace Reese (Ormiston); her husband Bill McKown; her sons, William "Bill" John McKown, Jr. and Mike McKown; and her granddaughters, Emily Suzanne Johnson and Hannah Marie McKown.
She is survived by: her children, Kathlene Johnson (Noel), Tim McKown (Cindy) and Bob McKown (Lillian); her daughter-in-law Dena McKown; and her pet Bridget. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be given in memory of Betty to Oak Grove Church of God Building Fund.
