He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Samuel and Erma Eby (Holderead); his wives, Marla Eby and Carol Eby; and his brother Richard "Doug" Eby.
He is survived by : his son Roger Eby; his stepsons, Randall Eby and Ronald Eby; his brother Robert Culp (Bonnie); and his nephew Mike Eby.
