With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Deborah Sue Nordby (Columbia City, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 29, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Junior and Barbara Kessie (Kistler); her grandparents, Homer, Beulah Kistler, William and Wilda Kessie; and her stepdaughter Tammy Couch.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Nordby of Arizona City, AZ; her children, John Michel (Jonna) of Huntington, IN and Julie Trabert (Jason) of Columbia City, IN; her stepchildren, Scott Nordby of Lake Stevens, WA, Randy Nordby of Casa Grande, Arizona and Pati Way (Scott) of Dayton, OH; her grandchildren, Colton Reffitt, Mahayllie Reffitt, Mackinzie Michel, Tristin Michel, Clara Trabert and Warner Trabert; and her stepgrandchildren, Nick Nordby, Shawn Nordby, Amanda Nordby, Anton Way and Aria Kiever.
