He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Garland M. "Bing" Herron and Evelyn Herron (Cramer); his wife Amy Jo Herron; his children, Carrie Ann Crawford and Joey Herron (Casey); his grandchildren, Madalyn Driver (Nick), Maylee Crawford (Jase Nordyke), Rylan, Brendyn Herron, Addi, Avah and Carson Hyden; his sister Marilyn Hively; and his brothers-in-law, Michael Coverstone (Jennie), LaMont Coverstone (Thom Guilford) and Kim Coverstone (Melody). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in Gale's honor to Oak Grove Church of God for their Building Fund.
