He was predeceased by: his son Zachary Richards; and his parents, John Sr. Richards and Jane Richards (Wall). He is survived by: his wife Lesley; his children, Amanda Richards (Brian Radjavitch), Shana Kunkle and Justin Richards (Deana Prochaska); his grandchildren, Jessica, Ava Radjavitch, Leland, Kaiya Kunkle, Emily, Hannah, Ryleigh Richards and Sebastian Adams; and his sisters, Robin Reilly (Bill) and Jane "Wally" Uhrin. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
