She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Wendel and Gladys Wendel (Bentz); her husband George H. Brock; and her siblings, Arema McGlennen (George), Rosalie Kreider (Sam), Donna Thomson (Jack), Carolyn Augustine and Gene Wendel (Rose).
She is survived by: her children, Arema Kauffman (Kenneth) of Spring, TX and James Brock (Cerese) of Roanoke, IN; and her grandchildren, Erik Bauer, Aaron Bauer (Nikki), Nathan Bauer (Joey), Megan Jordan (Chris), Emily Hammel (Jarod) and Abbey Brock. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be given in memory of Julia to Columbia City United Methodist Church.
