She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Purdy and Genevieve Purdy (Hildbold). She is survived by: her husband Joseph; her son Nathan Wilz (Ashlee) of Albion; her pet Carmen; her stepchildren, Stephanie Powers (Steve) of Cady, TX, Lori Holtzman (Dean) of West Carolton, OH and Joseph Wilz (Michelle) of Dayton, OH; her brother Steven Purdy of New Carlisle; and her niece Stephanie Taylor (Johnny). She is also survived by six grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Kristina's honor to the Humane Society of Whitley County.
