She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur L. Hazlewood and Hilda K. Hazlewood (Kiefer); and her husband Eugene "Stub" Bubb. She is survived by: her sister Barb Smith. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given in memory to St. Patrick's Catholic Church of Arcola or Humane Society of Whitley County.
