He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene McIntosh and Willa Mae McIntosh (Daniels); and his siblings, Karen Sue Crawford and Paul McIntosh. He is survived by: his children, Angel Laws (Dennis Faust), Tabbitha McLaughlin (Adam), Tiffany McIntosh and Brittany McIntosh (Ramiro); his grandchildren, Haley Laws, Adriana Laws, Arianna McLaughlin, Willow McLaughlin, Syllas McLaughlin, Hayden McIntosh and Christian Bahena; and his siblings, Phyllis Reed (Tom), Doc McIntosh (Shelley), Ray McIntosh (Helen) and Donna McIntosh Lafollette.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home (600 Countryside Dr, Columbia City, IN 46725).
