She was predeceased by : her parents, Eugene D. Quackenbush and Hazel M. Quackenbush (Stesch); her husband Wayne Heinzelmann; and her siblings, Wallace Quackenbush and Lorraine Rondot.
She is survived by : her children, Susan Miller (Terry) of Columbia City, Robert Heinzelmann (Lou) of Greensboro, NC and Thomas Heinzelmann of Columbia City; her sister Doris Howell of St. Louis, MO; and her grandchildren, Laura Julius (Jim), Jackie Miller, Krista Heinzelmann, Adrian Miller (Casey), Tiffany DePriest, Nicholas Heinzelmann, Tavis Mann and Christopher Heinzelmann. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given in her memory to the Humane Society of Whitley County or Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home.
