He was predeceased by : his parents, Eugene McIntosh and Willa Mae McIntosh (Daniels); his former life partner Victoria Vasquez; his nephews, Josh Vasquez, Judd Reed and Tim Kilgore; and also, Rafael and Victoria Vasquez.
He is survived by : his wife Vicky McIntosh; his children, Chris McIntosh, Renee Pepple (Ron), Missy Vincent (Jason), Bobbie Eiler (Kevin) and Charlie Vasquez (Mindy); his daughter-in-law Kristi McIntosh; his siblings, Phyllis Reed (Tom), Karen "Sue" Crawford, Donna Lafollette, Rick McIntosh, Alger "Doc" McIntosh (Shelley) and Ray McIntosh (Helen); and his aunt Hazel Thompson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren and was expecting another great-granddaughter.
