Though Richard may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Kauffman and Catherine Margaret Kauffman; and his son Chad M. Kauffman. He is survived by: his son Jonathan R. Kauffman. He is also survived by three granddaughters and four great grandchildren.
