He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Fulk and Dorothy Fulk (Felger); his brother Dennis Fulk (Carla Fulk); his son-in-law Aric Ramsey; and his grandchildren, Karis Bolinger and Noah Haverstock.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lindy Young (Russell) of Churubusco, Jennifer Bolinger (Andy) of North Manchester, Shelby Kaufman (Nick) of Elkhart and Brittany Haverstock (Phil) of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, Courtney Johnson, Arica Johnson, Jade Young, Chase Young, Campbell Bolinger, Mackenna Bolinger, Olivia Bolinger, Ethan Kaufman, Keaton Kaufman, Quinton Kaufman, Asher Haverstock, Levi Haverstock and Simeon Haverstock; his great grandchildren, Savannah Kaufman and Spencer Kaufman; his fiancée Sandra Culp of Columbia City; and his siblings, Rie Fulk of Columbia City and Jody Patrick (Mitch) of Fort Wayne.
