He is survived by: his parents, Richard Spencer and Latina Spencer (Burton); his siblings, Stephen of Hope and Stephanie Spencer of Columbus; and his grandmother Rose Burton of Columbus. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews.
