She was predeceased by: her father James Noble Crubaugh. She is survived by: her mother Norma Fay Keller; her son David Sheren; her stepchildren, Donnie, Kenny Hacker, Melissa and Jennifer Hacker; her sisters, Rita Crubaugh and Nila Perry (Dennis); and her husband Rev. Don Hacker.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Anita Hacker Memorial Fund/Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
