He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Jackson and Dorothy Turner Kinser; his wife Waneta Kinser; his son George Walls; his siblings, Bill Kinser, Delbert Kinser, Marie Lazzell, Catherine Patton and Viola Kinser; and his grandson Larry Walls.
He is survived by: his significant other Martha Eads (Sis) of Heltonville; his children, Joe Kinser (Nettie) of Clay City, Steve Kinser of Columbus, Tim Kinser (Tracey) of Dugger, Debbie Kinsey (Alan) of Columbus and Eldena May of Bloomfield; his sister Shirley Kelley of Bloomfield; and his sister-in-law Izola Kinser of Princeton. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 20 great-great grandchildren.
