Zook (Melanie) of Columbus, John L. Zook of New Castle, Judith A. Dudley (Clarence) of Nineveh, Sandra K. Sasser and Kimberly S. Zook of Columbus; her daughter-in-law Beverly Mena of Columbus; and her brother Meredith E. Smith of Spencer. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
