Shafer; his children, Katie Mae Richardson (Brad) of Bloomington, Joseph Fields of Columbus, Chloe Fields of Columbus, Tammy Fields and Julie Fields; his grandchildren, Ronan, Levon, Legend, Petal, Lucas, Marley and Ruby; and his siblings, Carolyn Cox, Linda Joy (John), Brenda Fields and Ricky Fields of Columbus.
