With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernice Newmister (Columbus, Indiana), born in Goldfield, Iowa, who passed away on July 30, 2019 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank L. Weber and Barbara S. Kline Weber; her husband James G. Newmister March; her children, Mary Ann, James Michael, John Patrick, Linda, Lydia and Daniel; and her sister Helen Schonfeld.
She is survived by: her children, Patty Newmister of Columbus, Tom Newmister (Darice) of Georgetown, Judy Devening of Columbus, Donna Hamilton (David) of Titusville, David Newmister of Columbus, Jewell Tessier of Lake Charles and Steve Newmister (Sherida) of Seymour; and her brother Bernard Weber. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
