He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis B. Fields and Florence Bea Poore Fields; and his brother Jeffrey D. Fields. He is survived by: his wife Tina M. Bishop; his children, Justin D. Fields (Geena) of Columbus, Charles B. Fields (Amy) of Edinburgh, Zachrus W. Bishop of Kentucky and Sarah M. Hammack of Columbus; his grandchildren, Kristen, Kaitlyn, Ruth, Mary, Mackayla, Alexis, Ryan, Riley, Jacob and Emerson; his great grandchildren, Adalynn, Skylynn and Bailey; and his siblings, Buford L. Fields (Sharon) of Columbus, Wendell L. Fields (Victoria) of Columbus, Mickel G. Fields (Judy) of Columbus, Linda M. Andrews (Dave) of St. Louis Crossing, Joyce M. Adams (Jim) of Taylorsville, Bernice Fields of Columbus and Jennifer Harrison of Columbus.
